Creamy Carbonara: A Classic Italian Dish Made Vegan

You’ll need:
- 300g silken tofu
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- Half tsp of salt, pepper and garlic - add more as you taste & go
- Tsp apple cider vinegar
- 3-4 tbsp nutritional yeast
- Quarter tsp of tumeric
- 230g of spaghettiÂ
- 1 pack of Sgaia Pancetta
Cook your pancetta in a pan until crispy, while this is cooking make your carbonara sauce using silken tofu, mustard, salt, pepper, garlic powder, apple cider vinegar & nutritional yeast and blitz until smooth ✨. Cook the pasta as per instructions & once your pancetta is crispy add the sauce, along with 1/2-1 cup of pasta water, stirring as you go.
Add the pasta once ready and plate up 🙌
