Creamy Carbonara: A Classic Italian Dish Made Vegan

You’ll need:

  • 300g silken tofu
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • Half tsp of salt, pepper and garlic - add more as you taste & go
  • Tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 3-4 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • Quarter tsp of tumeric
  • 230g of spaghetti 
  • 1 pack of Sgaia Pancetta


Cook your pancetta in a pan until crispy, while this is cooking make your carbonara sauce using silken tofu, mustard, salt, pepper, garlic powder, apple cider vinegar & nutritional yeast and blitz until smooth ✨. Cook the pasta as per instructions & once your pancetta is crispy add the sauce, along with 1/2-1 cup of pasta water, stirring as you go.

Add the pasta once ready and plate up 🙌
