Chimichurri Steak Strip Tacos: A Bold New Taste Experience
Let’s make tacos using our new limited edition Chimichurri steak strips 🌮🌱🥩 - spoiler they were DEVINE 🔥! We made extra Chimichurri to drizzle over our tacos which we highly recommend doing - it’s super easy to make!
For the Chimichurri:
- Bunch of parsley
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic (finely minced)
- 1 red chilli (finely minced)
- Salt & pepper
- Splash of red wine vinegar to taste
Curtido:
Finely slice 1 carrot, 1/4 a cabbage & half a red onion and add to a bowl with salt, pepper, 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar and lime juice
Steak:
Fry the steak pieces in olive oil until crispy ✨
Method: Build your tacos with the curtido, steak, Chimichurri and we topped ours with extra chilli and coriander 🌶️🌱
