Featuring a brand new chicken-style outer layer and filled with our homemade garlic and rosemary sausage stuffing, this is a Christmas centrepiece to die for. Some would argue, our best Christmas special yet! Smother it in gravy, add roasted roots and veggies, sit back and enjoy a stress free, flavourful, luscious festive feast! Oh and it lasts for 6 months in the fridge, or even longer if frozen ;)

Cooking info (it's so easy!):
1. Remove the Roast from the vacuum pack and remove the netting.
2. Slice the Roast cold in approximately 2cm thick slices.
3. Heat a Tbsp of oil and a few splashes of water or broth (don’t omit this!) in a non-stick pan.
4. Once hot - add the slices to the pan, and cook covered for about 3-4 minutes each side - or until they are soft, slightly browned and the broth has evaporated.
5. Serve hot alongside roasted veggies and smother in your favourite gravy.
