Cooking info: 
Heat up a splash of oil and a little water on medium heat in a non-stick pan. Add your rashers, cover and sizzle for about 2-3 minutes turning them a few times. Be very carful to not cook them too long, to avoid that they become too dry. Once heated through and crisped up on the outside, serve them on pancakes with some fresh pineapple chunks and a drizzle of maple or agave syrup. Enjoy!
